Professional experience
Founding member of the firm since November 2014.
He assists national and international clients in the field of tax law and particularly in the areas of corporate taxation, company valuations and extraordinary transactions. Over the course of his professional career he has assisted clients in many sectors including: industrial, business consultancy, university education, food, nautical and innovative start-ups. He has also gained significant experience both in the areas of international mobility of Italian and foreign individuals, as regards the analysis of tax incentives and aspects related to the planning, management and transfer of their assets, and in entrepreneurial families as regards the analysis of the fiscal and corporate aspects connected to the generational handover of the company. He specialises in tax litigation, where he has held numerous positions of representation and defence of leading national and international clients.
Prior to founding GDC, he worked for leading national law firms, initially at the CBA law and tax firm and, later, with Ceppellini Lugano & Associati.
Offices, lecturing and editorial activities
Enrolled in the Association of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors since 2006 and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2007, he is a member/Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors or Auditor of various leading companies and entities. He held an honorary fellowship in and collaborated in the chair of Economics and Business Management and with a PhD at the University of Bergamo.
He is a lecturer for Masters and specialisation courses at Il Sole24Ore Business School and at the Politecnico di Milano and has participated in various conferences on tax matters as a speaker. He is the author of contributions to specialist magazines in the tax field and collaborates on a regular basis with the "Regulations and Taxes" section of Il Sole 24 Ore.

Degree in Economics and Business Law (cum laude), L. Bocconi University of Milan.
PhD in Business Administration, University of Bergamo.
