Born in 1971, he graduated with honours in Economics and Business from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome in 1995.
Enrolled in the Association of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors since 2000 and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
He collaborated for eighteen years with the chair of Corporate Finance (basic course and advanced course) at Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome. He worked in the corporate sector of a leading international bank from 1996 to 2000.
He worked for an accounting and tax firm in Rome from 1998 to 2001.
He collaborated with studio Camozzi & Bonissoni based in Milan from 2001 to 2003.
He collaborated with studio Ceppellini Lugano & Associati of Milan from 2003 to 2014. He has been an equity associate of the firm since 2010.
He founded GDC Corporate & Tax Professional Association in October 2014.
He is the author of contributions to specialist magazines in the tax field and collaborates on a regular basis with the "Regulations and Taxes" and ''Finances and Markets'' section of Il Sole 24 Ore.
He has been a publicist journalist since 22 October 2019.
He is co-author of the 2017 book "Private Equity e Private Debt per le Pmi Italiane (Private Equity and Private Debt for Italian SMEs)" - Gruppo 24 Ore Edition.
He is the author of the publication "Neutralità fiscale e abuso del diritto (Fiscal Neutrality and Abuse of Law)" published by "Il Sole 24 Ore" in September 2022
