Professional experience

Founding member of the firm since November 2014.

He assists national and international clients in the field of tax law and in particular in the areas of corporate taxation, international taxation, extraordinary transactions and tax litigation, where he has held numerous positions of representation and defence for leading national and international clients. Over the course of his professional career he has assisted corporate groups operating in the industry, commerce and energy sectors. He has also gained significant experience in M&A transactions and in extraordinary transactions as well as in Group reorganisations and company valuations. He specialises in the planning, management, protection and transfer of corporate and personal family assets, assisting families in analysing the tax and corporate aspects associated with a company's generational handover. To this end, he acts as specialised consultant for some leading national banking institutions that rely on his advice within their wealth management structures.

Prior to founding GDC, he worked in leading national professional firms, including Ceppellini Lugano & Associati, where he collaborated from 2006 to 2014.

Offices, lecturing and editorial activities

Enrolled in the Association of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2007, he is a member/Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors or Auditor of various leading companies and entities.

He is a lecturer for Masters and specialisation courses at the 24 Ore Business School and at Scuola di Formazione De il Sole 24 Ore with a special focus on extraordinary transactions and the generational handover of companies. In relation to matters related to the protection and transfer of corporate family assets, he has held the role of scientific coordinator and lecturer in some Masters organised by leading national financial institutions.

He is the author of contributions to specialist magazines in the tax field and collaborates on a regular basis with the "Regulations and Taxes" section of Il Sole 24 Ore.

For several years he contributed to the drafting of the book "Testo Unico delle Imposte sui Redditi (Consolidated Act on Income Tax)" by studio Ceppellini Lugano for Il Sole 24 Ore, taking care of the in-depth study of specific articles on the subject of TUIR.

He is co-author of the book "Private Equity e Private Debt per le Pmi Italiane (Private Equity and Private Debt for Italian SMEs)" by Gruppo 24 Ore.

Degree in Economics and Business, University of Pavia.

Master's degree in tax law from Il Sole 24 Ore
