Company valuations

We provide company valuations for both entrepreneurs, aimed at knowing the possible corporate value of their shareholding package, as well as in relation to extraordinary transactions of sale or contribution of companies or business branches, mergers, demergers, and corporate acquisitions in general (asset deal and share deal).

Depending on the objectives and needs, the valuation ranges from traditional methods, such as equity, mixed (with independent estimate of goodwill) and income methods, to financial methods (DCF - discounted cash flow) and methods based on market multiples.
