Assistance in the drafting of the separate and consolidated financial statements

We assist customers (both companies incorporated under Italian law and permanent establishments in Italy of multinational groups) in the fulfilment of all the obligations required by statutory and corporate law with particular regard to the preparation of the separate and consolidated financial statements, both according to national and international accounting standards.

We also follow companies in the management of all corporate obligations related to the financial statements.

Special attention is paid in relation to the cases of temporary changes in taxes that give rise to prepaid or deferred taxes (DTA/DTL) also as regards the accounting management of these cases, in relation to accruals and subsequent reversals.
