Based on the characteristics of the companies and their specific needs, we assist customers in drafting the powers to be conferred upon the corporate bodies and we also take care of all the corporate aspects of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, transformations, contributions). 

We assist customers on specific corporate matters such as, by way of example, option rights, pre-emption rights, the drafting of shareholder agreements, the purchase of treasury shares.
