Professional experience
She has collaborated with the firm since October 2020.
She deals with tax and corporate matters in the context of extraordinary consultancy (M&A, corporate reorganisations, generational handovers, ruling procedures); VAT both in the domestic area and in relations with foreign countries, and the related customs aspects. She also takes care of assisting clients in the sustainability reporting process in all its phases: definition of corporate identity, materiality analysis, implementation of reporting, drafting of the sustainability report, development of ESG plans.
She previously collaborated with several leading professional firms operating in the areas of tax, corporate and legal consultancy.
Education and qualifications
She holds a degree in Economics and Business from Cattolica University of Milan
Enrolled in the Association of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2006.
She attended an advanced training course in Customs Law and International Trade at the University of Insubria and a specialisation course in intra-community VAT at the IBFD in Amsterdam.
She has participated in the drafting of a number of sector publications on tax and corporate matters.
