Through the partnership with one of the leading Italian and foreign Trustee Companies, we provide assistance to clients for the establishment of Trusts aimed at the generational transition and protection of company and family assets. More specifically, we provide the following services:

Preliminary consultancy, analysis and planning:

• analysis of the civil and fiscal status of the client and their heirs;
• identification of the client's objectives and needs;
• estate analysis and planning;
• analysis and planning of the taxation of the Trust and the tax impact on the client and their heirs;
  
  

Preparation of the Trust deed:

• checking the draft of the Trust deed with the client;
• drafting of the Trust deed;
• preparation of the final deed;
  
  

Trust set-up:

• initial Trustee due diligence;
• incorporation of the Trust before a Notary;
• completion of all formalities and checks to finalise the contribution of the trust assets;
• drafting of resolutions and initial deeds (e.g. deed of contribution, deed of appointment of the Custodian, if applicable);
• support in drafting an initial "letter of intents" and Custodian acceptance letter (if applicable).
